3. Services

The platform provides digital products including videos and PDF solutions. Services may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Users must verify suitability before purchasing subscriptions. No cancellation applies for registration, appointment, or rewards orders.

4. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information. Accounts are limited to one device at a time.

• Accounts may be terminated for misuse

Account deletion requests can be made via the website and will be processed within 7 days.

• Loyalty Points: ₹1999

No refunds are provided. Prices and services may change at any time.

Appointments require physical visit. Travel, accommodation, and related costs are borne by the user.

Appointments are handled sequentially. Priority can be obtained via additional charges.

No guarantee is provided for outcome of consultation or advice.

Additional Appointment Terms

• Travel expenses borne by user
• No refund if appointment fails
• One-time explanation per case
• No guarantee of results
• Misconduct may result in legal action

7. Promotions

Invite your friends and earn 200 Loyalty Points when someone uses your referral code and successfully purchases an app subscription.

How to Generate Your Referral Code

1. Go to the Refer a Friend section in the app.
2. Click on Generate Referral Code.
3. Your unique referral code will be generated automatically and displayed on the screen.
4. Share your referral code with your friends and family.

How You Earn Points

• If a new user enters your referral code while purchasing an app subscription and the payment is successful, you will receive 200 Loyalty Points.
• Points are credited only after the subscription payment has been successfully completed.

Loyalty Points Redemption

• 2 Loyalty Points = ₹1.
• The maximum number of Loyalty Points that can be earned by one person is 10,000 points.

• Loyalty Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activities
• No impersonation
• No spam or harmful content
• No misuse of platform

Violation may result in termination of account and legal action.
